The Golden Hour & Colostrum

We learned what to expect in the first 48 hours after birth, the vital importance of skin-to-skin contact, and how to hand-express colostrum.

Mastering the Latch

Ms. Elpeni provided hands-on demonstrations with dolls to teach us how to achieve a deep, painless latch to prevent early nipple damage.
