料理步骤
🍳1 - 请先将汤包 月子水以及食材备妥
🍳2 - 倒入一包汤底 一包月子水
🍳3 - 汤底沸腾后 将食材置于锅内 转至小火
🍳4 - 再次沸腾后 加盖关火 焖3-5分钟

Cooking Instructions:
🍳 1 - Prepare the soup pack, postpartum water, and ingredients.
🍳 2 - Pour one pack of soup base and one pack of postpartum water.
🍳 3 - Once the soup base boils, add the ingredients and reduce to low heat.
🍳 4 - After it boils again, cover and turn off the heat. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes.
